Reverse phase polymer filler, and the traditional inverse silica filler is not acid, alkali, pH narrow scope of operation, compared to pH range extension to 1-14 operation, increase the degree of freedom and flexibility of a client process development, and NaOH on CIP/SIP are available, and the available steam sterilization, directly to commonly used stable organic solvent, and filler used batch, more suitable for proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, antibiotics, natural product separation and purification of active substances such as oligomeric nucleotides.
