2. More than 5-8 years of working experience. Experience in pharmaceutical equipment design is preferred, experience in pharmaceutical equipment industry is preferred.
3. Proficient in using Pro/E and AutoCAD software, capable of mechanical mechanism optimization design, lightweight design, motion simulation and dynamics simulation is preferred;
4. Knowledge of electrical engineering. Capable of independently completing the optimization and selection of components required by the equipment (motor, pump, etc.);
5. Have independent experience in the design and development, design and on-site debugging and installation of non-standard automatic equipment, strong practical ability to assemble and disassemble, and familiar with the working ability of DCC;
6. Have certain project management ability, communicate with customers and independently complete scheme design and cost accounting; Have the ability to develop foreign suppliers;
7. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, good communication skills, strong new product development ability, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility.
1. Responsible for the mapping of mechanical and electrical structural parts of the equipment, proficient in using Pro/E to complete 3D structural design; Produce Auto Cad process drawing, establish project BOM;
2. Familiar with error distribution and tolerance analysis of machining and manufacturing;
3. Responsible for the establishment and management of the parts library of the company's products;
4. Responsible for the establishment and archiving of r&d process design documents, the establishment and archiving of process documents, the archiving and release of project DCC of r&d department, and the timely archiving of design and standardized documents according to the requirements of quality system;
5. Prepared product operating instructions, prepared production SOP, assembled and debugs products by myself;
6. Responsible for the relevant communication with other departments of the project, effectively promoting the overall progress of the project;
